The guide, general inquiry, project inquiry, and careers forms transmit the information entered to Drake Insights and its email and customer-relationship provider. Drake Insights may also disclose personal information to providers that perform website hosting, security, document delivery, file storage, professional services, or similar operational functions. Providers are expected to handle information for the contracted purpose and under appropriate safeguards. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or at the visitor’s direction.

Drake Insights does not sell personal information for money and does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The site does not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects through automated profiling. If these practices change, this policy and any legally required opt-out mechanism will be updated before the new practice begins.

Information is kept for the shortest period reasonably needed for its disclosed purpose, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping. Inquiry and project records may be reviewed after the relationship or discussion ends. Subscription records may be retained while the subscription remains active, and suppression records may be retained afterward so an unsubscribe request continues to be honored. Security logs generally follow shorter operational schedules unless an event requires further investigation.

Drake Insights will use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information and the service involved. These measures may include access controls, provider review, secure transmission, data minimization, software maintenance, and deletion or review schedules. Internet transmission and storage always involve some risk, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

They are not directed to children under 13, and Drake Insights does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. If such information is discovered, a deletion request may be submitted through the contact form.
